Platform Control

PlugMarket is a controlled platform. Access is conditional, can be restricted or removed at any time, and all administrative decisions remain under platform authority. Admins may disable products, remove users, restrict accounts, reverse access, reject sellers, or close tickets where required for platform control, security, or operational stability.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your access key secure.
• You must not evade restrictions, impersonate others, abuse tickets, or exploit marketplace flows.
• You must not create or use alternate accounts to bypass moderation or trust controls.
• You must not access, copy, or redistribute delivery data beyond the rights granted by the seller.

Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers must provide complete and accurately described products.
• Projects must include all required files, assets, and materials needed for use.
• Sellers remain responsible for the content they list and deliver.
• PlugMarket may remove seller access, disable listings, or halt sales where trust, quality, or compliance concerns arise.

Payments, Refunds, and Delivery

• Payments are processed through Stripe and recorded against PlugMarket transaction records.
• Refunds are not automatic and are issued only at administrative discretion.
• Delivery can be delayed or blocked where review, verification, fraud review, stock integrity, or moderation checks require it.
• If a seller loses access, removes a service, or stops supporting a product, PlugMarket is not obliged to restore access or compensate the user.

Disputes and Enforcement

All disputes must be handled through PlugMarket support channels. Platform decisions are final. Users must not attempt to escalate disputes outside platform systems in a way that disrupts operations, abuses payment processors, or misrepresents transaction context.

Changes and Continued Use

PlugMarket may update these terms, modify features, or remove services at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be directed to support@plugmarket.uk.
